I came into the restaurant today to get a bit to eat. After 10+ min I walked out. About 30-45 min later I came back. Again 10+ min and no beverage or food ordered. For 2 waitresses and a bartender it doesn't seem that busy. At the 13 min mark of sitting in almost the center of the restaurant a waitress finally came and asked if I was ready to order. While I was sitting here, both times, I saw 8 or 9 people come in, sit, wait, and leave. For a place to be stationed in an airport where most people don't have too much time to wait to be helped this was uncalled for..... If training needs to be done then do it. If you need to fire the one that seemed lost, do it. If you need to hire more then do it. Food looks good and taste decent. Nothing to write home to Mom about.

Ordering and paying sections are weird. Cuban sandwich was handed to me pretty hot. My hand was burning and had to throw the sandwich out of my had to the table before sit down. It was steaming hot to the bite even 5 min later. There were minimum ingredients. No hand paper towels given. So I settled down to the table and noticed that there is a waiter. They didn't ete contact nor acknowledgd me. I told to staff who prep my sandwich about the hotness of the sandwich. I was told no one likes cold sandwich on defense side.

Apparently, they only have ONE waiter working at dinner time on a Saturday night. There was ONE guy walking around with a green shirt. There was one bartender, and a woman with a black shirt, but she only served drinks. In the 20+ minutes that we waited for a waiter to come to our table, I never saw her handle food. There was a second woman with a black shirt, but she was sitting at a table eating. When she was done, she walked around the airport - including visiting other food vendors in the area. I know she worked at at Carolina Beer, because at points she walked in and out of the kitchen (empty handed). After 20+ minutes of waiting, we got up and left. We went to the Starbucks directly next to Carolina Beer and ordered hot panini sandwiches. Starbucks had THREE people working the counter: one handled the register, one handled the food, and one made the coffee. Imagine that - three people to handle coffee, meanwhile Carolina Beer has one waiter for 40 tables. I can't rate the food because I could NOT order any. That's what happens when you have NO wait staff at a restaurant.

This places just sucks tbh. The water tastes like cardboard and there salad would’ve tasted better if they went to the woods and crumpled up leaves. There chips taste like tree bark and what restaurant doesn’t have a burger🤦♀️I wouldn’t recommend this place, kinda nice waitress though
